Device was working great then all of a sudden it just went dead and started beeping and not charging, I purchased it from Amazon earlier this year along with the warranty but they instructed me to contact the manufacture because its been less than a year, my order # is 113-4382954-1051419 for confirmation, please contact me with further instruction in getting this item repaired or replaced.
