I have a model N18 jump starter that will no longer accept a charge. It was purchased from Amazon on 9/28/2021, is it still under warantee?

I purchased the Jump Starter. I plugged it in for a few days. It looked like it was charging as the blue lights increase. But, when I unplugged it, the charge went away entirely. I did not receive a wall plug with the device so used the one I got with my iphone. Can this be a cause?

Nusican Tire Inflator,Portable Air Compressor/Auto Pump for Car 5V DC... on 7/19/2021 from Amazon order number 114-1138919-4181822. It does work. Battery shows charged. I have to plug it up to even get it to work. Runs for 1 minute then cut off.

We purchased 10 Nusican Portable Car Jump Starters and there is a coupon inside for a tire inflator or $20 in each of them when the warranty is activated. There is nothing on the website for choosing one of those gifts. How do we get our $20 per unit?
