I purchased the N19 and I’m disappointed it did not come with a carrying case like the N18 does. Is there anyway this can be purchased separately???? It’s a shame the higher priced and higher amps did not come with a case like the lower one does. Had I known it wouldn’t come with it, I may have chose a different product all together.

Nusican jump starter not charging N19 . This was a Christmas gift from my son.My wife and I wer strande for over 2 hrs, ,had to call a wrecker for a jump start.

I bough my jumper 4 months ago from amazon it worked great until last week it quit working. It is still under warranty . i need a replacement per your 2 year any reason warranty.
