We purchased 10 Nusican Portable Car Jump Starters and there is a coupon inside for a tire inflator or $20 in each of them when the warranty is activated. There is nothing on the website for choosing one of those gifts. How do we get our $20 per unit?

Device was working great then all of a sudden it just went dead and started beeping and not charging, I purchased it from Amazon earlier this year along with the warranty but they instructed me to contact the manufacture because its been less than a year, my order # is 113-4382954-1051419 for confirmation, please contact me with further instruction in getting this item repaired or replaced. Thank you
