I purchased n19 pro, I have charged until blue light stops flashing. When I push button 1 time only 2 of the blue lights illuminate. Should all 4 blue lights illuminate when fully charged?

I purchased the N19 and I’m disappointed it did not come with a carrying case like the N18 does. Is there anyway this can be purchased separately???? It’s a shame the higher priced and higher amps did not come with a case like the lower one does. Had I known it wouldn’t come with it, I may have chose a different product all together.

Nusican jump starter not charging N19 . This was a Christmas gift from my son.My wife and I wer strande for over 2 hrs, ,had to call a wrecker for a jump start.
